Bruce Lee was the epitome of cool, with a style that was all his own. As the king of Golden Harvest cinema, he starred in some of the greatest martial arts films of all time, including the iconic Enter the Dragon, Fist of Fury, and The Game of Death. In the latter, he famously battled 7'2" basketball star Kareem Abdul Jabbar, who was also Lee's real-life martial arts student. Born in San Francisco's Chinatown to immigrant parents from Hong Kong, Lee's mother was a Cantonese opera star. Lee's influence on cinema cannot be overstated - he was the first major Asian actor to star in leading roles in America, changing the face of the industry forever. And as you can see in this photo, he was the embodiment of cool.
