She was also a Saturday morning children’s favorite in 'The Secrets of Isis' in 1975-77. A role which she is still best known for today. Her television performances also included roles in The Bold Ones: The New Doctors, Columbo, and several episodes of Marcus Welby, MD. While she may be a queen of television, she has done some notable film work as well. She was cast in the film How to Commit Marriage in 1969, and in the 1970s she was in films B.S. I Love You and the black comedy Pretty Maids All in a Row.

Morgan Fairchild achieved prominence during the late 1970s and early 1980s with roles in television shows like daytime soap operas "Search for Tomorrow" and "Dallas". Then she took on a lead role in the series Flamingo Road (1980), for which she was nominated for a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress – Television Series Drama.
